The criminal justice emphasis equips prospective lawyers or criminal justice personnel to be knowledgeable about the legal and criminal justice systems in the United States, understanding of alternative approaches to conflict resolution and the pursuit of justice and prepared to pursue a value-based career in a law- or criminal justice-related area.
