Apartments

• Apartments provide upper classmen with a more independent form of living while still being on or next to the FPU campus.
  • East Hall apartments, located on the top two floors of East Hall, house juniors and seniors in style. Each two bed/two bath apartment houses four students and has a full kitchen and living room. Bedrooms are furnished with a bed, a desk, a hutch or bookshelves, a desk chair, a dresser, a closet and high-speed internet access for each resident (Ethernet cable required). Students will need to provide their own living room furniture, but breathtaking views of the Sierra Nevada Mountains are included. Each floor has its own laundry room. One fully handicapped-accessible unit is available.
  • Kriegbaum East apartments provide juniors and seniors with the experience of apartment living while still living in the heart of the FPU community. Each apartment typically houses three students and has two bedrooms, a bathroom, full kitchen and living room. Bedrooms are furnished with a bed, a desk, a hutch or bookshelves, a desk chair, a dresser, a closet and high-speed internet access (Ethernet cable required). Students will need to provide their own dining room and living room furniture.

Houses

• Student houses, for junior and senior students, offer proximity to campus and more independence than the traditional residence options. Most houses have three to four bedrooms, house six to eight students and share a common backyard for a community park-like setting. Each bedroom is furnished with a bed, a desk, a hutch or bookshelves, a desk chair, a dresser and a closet/wardrobe for each resident. Each house is also provided a dining room set, one living room couch and wireless internet for the convenience of all house residence (an internal/external wireless card is required).
